As you guys have very good DATA and Platform already , I feel like their DOM and order strategy could supply an edge to my trading. I was wondering if they can develop the link with Sierra Charts ( to get the data and the order routing ) , like they do with other platform so I ask them. and the response was ----- We'd love to, but they don't let us :) Don't hesitate to contact me again if you have further questions Regards, Gonzalo ---- So I just wonder , Should I put that Idea on the side ? |

Sierrachart DOM is just as good as jigsaw you get nothing special with another product |

I'm looking at Jigsaw actively to evaluate as a complete switch before my SC renewal early 2022. There is plenty to like about the product, imho.

I know, I've had it for probably 6 years. I used to execute on it. But I have zero need now because sierra is like an open playground, writing c++ to do basically anything also. If you're interested in the product because of the feel good marketing and the idea of "well teach you" and "we have cool neat tools"... I'd just highly recommend not You're not gonna buy a magic solution, and no one is going to give you an amazing formula to use to instantly better your performance. They sell software, they don't manage a fund. Their job is to make you feel good in the face of uncertainty and doubt. Those are things you learn/figure out on your own, not by buying from someone else. Also, I'd recommend changing this thread to "user discussion" cause I'm sure SC support wouldn't be fond of discussing leaving their product for another one. But then again maybe they don't care cause they know they have a better product anyways lol |

I am not looking for a teacher - I've been full-time futures trading since 2004. What I do want though is a business partner. That means a company that will treat me as the customer with respect and value our relationship as bi-lateral. I need a company that understands that trading software is developed to make our jobs as traders easier rather than to make the programming easy. I need a company that isn't constantly blaming the data source for problems and instead abstracts the development with a layer to accommodate the nuances of different feeds. I need a company that stops blaming their customers and communicating to them with scorn and disgust. I need a business partner, not a business adversary. |

I dont want to leave SC , I want to have their dom and the easy buy sell management with the auto adjust order limit etc... Sierra chart is my KING for charting and data - Its lightweigh , "easy to use" , super fast - nothing compare to it. My title is not switching , but ADDING !
