I've downloaded a Chartbook but cannot access the historical data. Any particular reason???

I've been to Chart Settings>>Date Range in File; The From Date is active and open. The To date is greyed out and inactive. What do I need to do.

I've also gone to and performed the Edit> Delete all Data and Downloads.
I've also completed the function under Global Settings>Data/Tared Service Settings
I further completed the functions under Global Settings>Sierra Chart Server Settings

Closed Sierra Charts and went back in, still NO can do.

Please can someone assist me in getting my real data accurate and working as well as my historical data downloaded to the newly imported chartbook.

I look forward to your favourable response

First thing to do is to Translate the symbols with this Edit menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service)

If that does not resolve the issue, then follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
