TETON Futures Spreads

We are configured with Teton. We are getting "Symbol settings not found for current service" when we open a Trading DOM for Futures Spread Products. We opened the Trading DOM using using the Find Symbol -> Get Spread process. The symbol that was returned from the Find Symbol -> Get Spread was "NQH22-NQM22.FUT_SPREAD.CME" We were told Teton would give us the ability to trade Futures Spreads. Any idea what's wrong? |

Spreads are supported but we have to do some additional set up for them and testing related to margin data. We will have this done before the end of the week. There is not much work we need to do with spreads and we probably can have this done either today or tomorrow, unless a software update is needed. Can you tell us what clearing firm you are using. We need to have them do configuration on their side as well to support the particular spreads you want to trade.

As well? I'm using SC/TT Futures Order Routing and clear thru Dorman. I would like to change to the Teton Order Routing, but saw this thread about spreads. Just my way of asking if Teton is good to go for spreads (with Dorman). Maybe I'll save the question for Anthony during the Q&A in Edge Clear's webinar tomorrow.
