MBO on Euronext futures indexes with Bar Chart

Hello I am using FCE-Euronext futures data feed with SC provided by Barchart and i was wondering if your provider Barchart proposes a seperate MBO data feed (or at least Markets orders ) on Euronext futures indices that could be integrated on the columns of your SC Trade Dom with obviously an additional cost? Secondly, your Euronext Futures indices package includes 6 indices among which 4 indices (BXF,EFE,EFP,PSI) are really nearly never traded on a daily base( often 0 contract/ day) (only FCE and FTI are seriously traded). With a cost of 57 USD/ month ! I would like to understand who is packaging these indices ? Is it Euronext who imposes this package or BarChart or even SC ? For instance the Oslo Futures index OBX who is an active traded futures contract part of Euronext is not proposed. Same reflexion with the Milan MIB30 futures index recently bought by Euronext ?
