Hello, I am switching from Transact back to Amp, I can't seem to connect data/trading feeds. I contacted Amp and they told me I needed to notify Sierra support. Where can I find the instructions to connect rhythmic data to amp. Thanks, Vern Kelly |

We assume that you are setup to use Rithmic for your order routing with AMP given your last statement. I followed the attached instructions, the login info I have for rithmic is from last year when you switched support to Sierra support only, username is spotlessjag@amp.com. The main thing is that you need to get connected to your Rithmic account. We do not believe that what you are using is your correct Rithmic account name. We have never seen an email used for the account name in the past. Please check with AMP to verify your Rithmic credentials and then re-enter them on the Data/Trade Service Settings window.
