Renko chart not showing orders and stops on the chart

For some reason, my Renko charts will no longer show any new DOM orders or DOM orders with stops once triggered on the Renko Chart? What is wrong? My DOM lorders are showing up on my Tick charts as normal. Thanks.

Make the Renko Chart the active chart and then go to the Trade menu and see if the option for Only Order From Chat has a checkmark next to it. If it does, then select that item to remove the checkmark. You should see the orders for that symbol on that chart, even if they were placed on another chart.
