Thank you support team.. Need some advise overall on next steps.Currently i am in trial version that expires on 12/19 .. and also i believe i got verified with my broker TD Ameritrade on the futures statements.. Can you please advise what would be next steps i need i need to plan for once i reach the end of trial period.? Thanks |

You just need to determine what Service Package you want to purchase and select that prior to the end of your Trial in order to ensure that your account will automatically renew to that package at the end of your trial. You can select your Service Package at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#AvailableServices And then you need to ensure that you have enough funds in your account to pay for the selected services. Keep in mind that the Sierra Chart renewals are based on when you created your account and are based on 31 days per month. Whereas, the Exchange Fees are billed on the first day of each calendar month.
