What is happening SC support peeps!? I use horizontal rays, extended until future intersection, to mark highs and lows. However, when using "copy chart drawings from chart #xx" to copy these rays over from a higher timeframe chart to a lower timeframe, the rays do not line up properly with the high/low on the lower timeframe chart and get truncated because they intersect with the bar. I've highlighted examples on the attached charts. Any fix for this or will I just have to manually duplicate them on every chart? Thanks guys. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1639348651359.png |

Refer to the following and the section after it: Lines/Rays or Other Chart Drawings Move After Drawing Them: How Chart Drawings Are Mapped Between Bars with Different Starting Date-Times For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks John. Yes, I get all that. In my case it doesn't really matter whether the ray starts on the proper bar on the lower timeframe chart or not, but it does mess with the "extend until future intersection" part of the equation because the ray starts before the actual LTF bar. All good man, I'll continue handling it manually, just wasn't sure if there was a solution/workaround for this or not. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. |
