Using SC Data - All Services will disconnect you from your trading service. If you just want to use Sierra Chart for charting, then this is fine. Really - our recommendation is to use our new Teton Direct Order Routing Service that works for trading the CME Exchange. Refer to the information at the following link: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Note that AMP is not supported yet for this service. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

If you are getting the data from CQG, then you would not need the Denali Exchange Data Feed, although we do feel that you will see a difference in the data with the Denali Exchange Data Feed being much better, particularly with historical data. If you want to change to the CQG data, then you would need to turn off the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the instructions for this here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Canceling an Exchange for the Denali Exchange Data Feed Once that is done, then you will be getting the data from CQG. We do not know. You would need to ask your broker. You can, and should, ask them to stop the CQG data feed so you are not paying for it. The connection from our standpoint stays the same.

Just to confirm, I am paying for data with Sierra currently right? This is what my control panel says: Service Package Enabled For Renewal: 11 - Advanced + Denali Data Feed (Monthly) |

Yes, you are getting data for the CME Group and FairX exchange from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. The FairX is included with all packages 10, 11, and 12 with no extra charges. But to see if you are really setup to get the data for any other exchange, you would have to look at what exchanges you have active. The best way to do this is to go to the Recurring Services page and see what you have active for your account (you have the Full CME Group with Market Depth for NonProfessional Trading Accounts active). There is a link to the Recurring Services page on the Main Control Panel page on our website, or you can select the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

ok, i followed your directions and I only see "Denali CME". If i was also paying for CQG also, i would assume I would see another line item correct? thanks again |

Sorry, no, we were just pointing out that you not only need to be paying for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but also the Exchanges themselves. If you are paying for the CQG data, then that would be through your Broker. We have no insight into that. You would need to find out from them (or check your statement) to see if you are paying it. And if you are, then let them know that you do not need the CQG data, as you are getting it from Sierra Chart. John, I have confirmed with AMP that I do not have CQG data. But I was told by AMP to use "CQG Web API" in the Sierra data connection, which is why I am confused. It sounds incorrect since they are not supplying any data. Should I be using something else since I am using Denali? Would that explain the slight delay in my executions? Please let me know. |

"CQG Web API" is the correct service setting in Sierra Chart. We only have the one for both Data and Trade execution. Sierra Chart is setup to look for the data first from us and then from the trading service. So you are fine. If you are seeing delays in your trade executions, then that is most likely just CQG. This is why we built our own order routing solution, to eliminate these kind of things that really just make us look bad, even though it is not our fault. If you really want to get away from having these issues, then we recommend using our Teton Order Routing. Refer to the following for more information: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you for your help today. I will look into Teton Order Routing when AMP enables it. Have a great weekend!
