I purchased and uploaded indicators and sent file to user and the indicator is not recognized on another computer and I am using the same version of Sierra on all computers and instances. any help would be appreciated.

We are not understanding the scenario. Did you create and upload a file that you had sent to another user? Or did you purchase an indicator from a 3rd party and then tried to send it to another person to use and they were unable to use it?
