I have just purchased $10 of data feed from you but my platform is still saying not connected? Why is this?

You have not purchased any data from us. The only transaction that has occurred for your account was to activate Package 3 for $26.00.

But, apart from that, our servers are showing that your Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services, so you should be able to connect and get real-time data for Forex and CFD and delayed streaming data for the CME Group and EUREX.

Where exactly is the message stating that you are "not connected"? Can you select File >> Connect to Data Feed?
