Hi Sierra, My current setup is Denali realtime + "CQG order routing only". Sometimes I need to disconnect CQG trading service. But when I click "disconnect", both services are disconnected (CQG and Denali). Is it possible to temporarly disconnect CQG and keep Denali data feed connected, without changing global "data/Trade service settings" ? |

What you are specifically asking for is not supported. When the connection to the trading service is down, the system no longer requests data, regardless of the source of the data. The only way to do this IS to change the Data/Trade Service Settings. If this is something you regularly do, then you might want to consider installing a second Sierra Chart that has the Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services, that way, the second install will always be receiving the data, and you can then view those charts when you are disconnected in your other one. Refer to the following for instructions on installing another Sierra Chart: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
