Footprint bars get frozen not loading data

Hi, Everyday after sometime using without any issue SC, my footprint & TPO charts graphs with the ES emini, stop loading data and gets paralysed, although my DOM attached to it keeps moving real time. This also happens with NQ and other graphs. I have Denali pack 12. I have tried to Deleting / Downloading fresh data many times but nothing happens. Also following your first feedback some days back, I updated latest SC version (although I m a new customer) and also make sure the Session Times include the entire 24 hour time range. Do you need my chart book? it has no issues with other people using it. In fact, its not mine, is from The Pit. Best. Juan |
