Hello, I am a new trader with APTEROS. I believe I have paid all the necessary monthly fees but I do not seem to be getting real time / live data when I load a chart. Please can you advise? Have I subscribed to the right things? Do I need to set up the chart in a particulr way? Sorry, I am new to Sierra Chart and I do not find it as intuitive as other platforms. Thanks.

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

Note that connecting to Apteros does not count towards the requirement of the CME Group for a live, funded, futures trading account. Therefore, if you do not have another trading account, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link:
