when I log in a message stating " connection error message fro service : Interactive brokers Note Is the Interactive Brokers TWS software running and is it enabled for socket clients? date -Time 2021-12-09" and under it i get a message log that interactive brokers failed to connect to the data and trade server i have paid membership for 6 month a while ago. have not been able to use the sierra charts |
