i cant open chartbook it says cant get connected meanwhile i have the best internet all it says did I purchase a wrong package? i paid for 6 months a while ago have not been able to use anything should I get a new package? can you please look into my account |

In your case we see Sierra Chart is set to use Interactive Brokers.
