getting delayed quotes instead of Denali

I have #2 Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts i was using delayed quotes. some of my screens didnt convert to denali so now I cant get out of delayed quotes and back into denali. basically in need to 'convert' the symbols...but cant find the option for doing it |

The command to convert the symbols is Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Let us know if this resolves the issue for you, as we are not quite sure of exactly what is your situation from your description.
