The message is pretty self explanatory, however I never used a free trial. I did login to your site a couple months ago and create a free account just to start reading info and see if this was something I wanted. I've now come to the point I'd like to do a trial to see how things work (then ultimately purchase plan 11 with data plan 4 if things are good). How do I go about getting the trial activated so I can test things out? I downloaded & installed the software yesterday and cannot see anything as I only get the error message from the log: -Your paid usage time has ended. Your account is in Free Mode. -Notice: Your account has 0 days of paid usage time left. |

When you create an account on our website, you are automatically setup with the trial. But since you did not use any of your time, we have reset it for you. Your trial will now expire on December 22, 2021.
