Child orders deleted when parent order is filled

I had a 2 lot parent order submitted with 2 each accompanying child stop and target orders via attached orders. When the parent order filled the child orders disappeared from the DOM and chart and I got the error message shown in the attachment. Please advise.

The information from your log shows the following: "The order type is not allowed for the commodity" You need to ask your broker for the specific reason for this rejection of your attached orders. Once we know what caused the problem, then we can tell you what to do to fix it. But only your broker will be able to get you the necessary information.
