Problems with emergency activation and having to pay for data anyways

Hello,last Wednesday I signed up for the 5 days of emergency activation but the live data would not work; in turn, I paid $30 towards signing up for CME's live data. Today was day 5 of the emergency activation and it appears as though, although I paid $30 to renew live data,the emergency account activation ending seems to have still canceled my paid live data altogether. Is there anyway I can get a refund for the $30 or have it renewed again?

You just need to select a Service Package in order to continue to use Sierra Chart. Without an active service package, you are not able to bring any data into the system.
