It seems that my spreadsheets were not saving from the file menu. After I realized this, I saved from the workbook explorer. At some point my spreadsheets crashed i.e. OUT OF MEMORY - UNHANDLED EXCEPTION Upon trying to reopen my file, the spreadsheet is missing my master sheet and all of the study sheets are renamed. And formulas missing... Is there any way I can recover my work? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-04-03 04:36:01

Unfortunately my last backup was in February... Excel can open the file and everything looks intact....SC cant open it... Strangely it will not let me copy the formulas back. At least I have them. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-04-03 05:50:37

Ok... I repaired this though it was a bit of a hairy process..In case anyone else has this problem. 1)I saved the book from Excel with repairs just to be on the safe side. 2)I opened it in SC and saved that as a SC spreadsheet (from xlsx) to a separate folder. 3)I opened the session with the corrupt spreadsheet 4) I opened the newly saved version of the spreadsheet from another folder 5) This tricked the whole bit into feeding both spreadsheets...Because I couldn't delete the corrupt sheet I saved the good one to my DATA folder..And saved the whole chartbook. 6) upon reopening the second bad sheet was gone Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-04-03 07:41:35

This might have to do with the Formula Source Sheet Number input. This is explained in detail here:https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_WorksheetStudyInputs.html#FormulaSourceSheetNumber We are adding Spreadsheets to the files that will automatically be backed up to the Backups folder when saved.
