Hi, I have downloaded 2 sierra charts to my computer. Both under the same sierra logins, but different data feeds (1 is on sim, the other is a live account). I'm assuming I will not need to log into my a live account, under my sim one (once a month) but I just want to make sure.

You are correct. You just need to have your account connected to a live trading account at least once a month. If one of your installations is always connected, then there is nothing further you need to do, you will get the real-time data in both instances.

Thank you. Seems like my sim data gets cut off pretty quickly, usually the first or second day of the month. Is this what it is set to do or is it after 30 days of no live days usage? Just would like to know in case I go back to sim only, because it can cause missed trades if you don’t realize your data is not updating

Whenever you connect to your live trading account, the date is reset to 30 days forward from that date.
