Rithmic DTC server list is empty

Hi

I use 2328 version 39878 revision and with Denali subscription

I'd like to change my execution feed to Rithmic but when I choose Rithmic direct DTC [trading] the window with Server List dropdown is empty. Also I cannot type any custom value.

How can I overcome this problem?

In the instructions for the Rithmic setup, it specifically states that after you change to the Rithmic DTC, you need to close the Data/Trade Settings window and then open it again. Once you do this, the Server options will populate. This is because we get the list of servers from Rithmic, it is not something that we keep locally, this way we do not have to keep updating it ourselves.

First, update to the latest release. There was a change by Rithmic that could be what you are seeing. Follow these instructions to update:

Then make sure you follow the instructions at steps 8, 9, and 10 at the following link:
