I'm having issues with VIX/VXN not reporting values on the historical chart this week. I've also tested VXD and that is displaying properly. VIX/VXN is reporting Friday's values but then skips to today; omitting Monday/Tuesday. Is this reproducible? I'm starting with a fresh chartbook with historical values. Intraday values appear correctly. |

We have checked and the data is there. Please go back to before the missing data and right-click and select Delete and Download Data. That should fill in the data for you.

This did solve the problem, thank you, but I'm a little concerned why, is this something that needs to be done on a regular basis to prevent additional issues?

It should not happen on a regular basis. Are you having to do this often? If you are having an issue like this, then check your Message Log and see if you are getting disconnected from the data feed.
