Hello. I have activated the CME, NYMEX and EUREX markets with AMP through CQG. I have real-time data from CME, but not from NYMEX or EUREX. I have spoken with AMP and I have all the services active. This is the first time this has happened to me. Why don't I have access to these two markets as well as CME? Thank you

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. You need to be on Package 10, 11, or 12 in order to get the data for the EUREX into the system. We have set your account to a trial of Package 12 for 30 days, therefore you will be able to get the data for the EUREX starting now without making any changes. But at the end of the 30 days, you will have to change your package in order to continue to receive the EUREX data. To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.
