Daily data missing / symbol highlighted red on chart

Hi there, Daily data is missing from chat. This happens on two symbols, mini Corn and Rough Rice on CBOT. My realtime data feed subscription is up to date (CQG).The symbol is highlighted red in the chart. I tried deleting and uploading the data again but no luck. I do receive intraday data and the 240min chart is updating. See attached capture. Any thought what might be going on?? Thanks, |

We have set a multiplier of 1000 for historical Daily data for ZR futures for CQG. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings After that re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". two follow up questions: 1) prices on chart are in thousands, i.e. 14500.00 instead of 14.500. Do I have to do anything else to fix this? 2) the symbol in the chart header is still highlighted in red. Is there any significance to this? thx |
