Restarted my SC account after 5 months, now when I login I get error above, also saying:

Server Message: Your login is disabled. Contact your FCM.

Just want to do sim trading and this blocks me, please help.

For simulated trading you need to use this service:
Simulated Futures Trading Service

Instructions are on that page.

You will want to use the delayed service and there is no additional cost.

You cannot use CQG.

Still getting same error as before whether or not I select sim trading. Please respond on how to get around that error?

What we are trying to tell you is that you will need to change your Service settings in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings to remove CQG and select a different service. The easiest way to do this is to use the Simulated Futures Trading Service that we offer. If you follow the instructions for this service, then you will get your service changed as you need. The instructions can be found here:

The other option is to change the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services and then you will be using the Simulation Mode built-into Sierra Chart. Refer to the following for more information:
