Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

If you are having an issue logging into the Transact software, then you need to contact your broker for help with that. This is not something we are able to help with.
