Hello, I am getting the error "Symbol not found in margin dataMargin requirement not known for symbol. Margin calculation < = 0. Invalid." when I try to place orders in the Trading Evaluator for EUREX symbols with the Denali data feed. I have tried updating the symbol settings from server and reconnecting but it won't solve the issue. I am subscribed to the EUREX feed and it has always worked until today. Many thanks, J. |

The reason for this particular issue for that symbol has a completely different cause. We need to find out why that is happening.

I'm having the same issue with Ger30. CFD. Trading Evaluator - Delayed (Order reject). Info: Symbol is unknown for trading. Internal Order ID: 17206. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: US30.
