Issues with order rejection

Hello,
It seems every time I go to flatten an order I am getting an error. This happen while I am in a bracket order trade, when I hit flatten I get an error in the log and it closes my stop and target orders but does not close my position. I then have to hit flatten again in order to exit my position.

This issue is not a problem with our new Teton Order Routing service. So the command to cancel orders and flatten can all be sent at the same time for the lowest latency with closing a position.
