What am I doing wrong? Using v1106, OEC production feed. I use intraday RLM-MM4 (the russell 2000 emini) with no problem. The daily indicates download complete message. But no data arrives. Any suggestions? Regards Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-04-02 00:59:10

Open a Historical chart for that symbol. Go to Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. You should get this: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1396401576856.png If not provide the Message Log, by following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=PostingInformation.php#log Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I did use a historical chart. I also don't have the RJM14 prefix to the instrument identifier. |

Select Chart >> Chart Settings and make sure the Symbol is set to RJM14 . Sounds like this is the problem.
