Problem: I get the following error message “Download Failed Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed” -- Background: I subscribe to IQFeed’s EUREX data feed and I believe I have correctly connected to IQFeed --- How I get the error message: I click File->Find Symbol I select Futures - EUREX BLZ21 (Euro BOBL) I select “Open Intraday Chart” A Chartbook opens with a black screen At the bottom it says BLZ21 1 Min #1 --- What I want Real time intraday chart for EUREX data from IQFeed |

In order to get EUREX data from a 3rd party, you need to be on Sierra Chart Package 10, 11, or 12. In your case, this would be Package 11 (equivalent to Package 5). We have gone ahead and given you 30 days of Package 12 evaluation, this will allow you to get the EUREX data. Just keep in mind that at the end of these 30 days, you will need to change your package to Package 11 to continue to get the features you want and the EUREX data from IQFeed.
