Problem trading Stock with IB

My first time trading stock thru IB. My limit order was rejected with error message "New order rejected - Order can have only one flag Outside RTH or Allow PreOpen. Internal Order ID: 41741. Service Order ID: 19078. Symbol: xxxx. Account: Uxxxxxxx | 2021-11-19 18:43:06.945 *" I then use "BUY MKT" and it went thru TWS. But on the DOM there is no entry at all. I can close the trade with "SELL MKT" and it went thru IB. I am using the latest Sierra Chart 2328 and the latest TWS. Please check and help. Many Thanks |

You would have to ask IB about that error and what it means.

I change the Presets-Stocks from TWS to "Allow order to be triggered, or filled outside of regular trading hours" and the limit order is working. After the limit order was executed, the DOM shows there is a position but it only last for a few seconds, then it disappear and now the DOM is "flat". But the position is there on IB. Please check and help Thanks |
