i purchased chart and cme real time package and set everything up. i am getting a historical feed, but not real time. does a real time feed not work with td ameritrade and futures because of the API? i am confused...

This is now resolved for your account. Reconnect to the data feed with the Disconnect and Connect to Data Feed commands on the File menu.
