hello,

I no-longer have the time or patience to play with the Rithmic and Denali live CME data feed issues..

I just subscribed to Sierra level 11 and also added the CME monthly data.

please refund this purchase.

I cannot get any historical,, I'm being asked to enter a live trading account..

Please refund $46 purchase from today 11/11/2021
