The Web Trading Portal is only for use for the Sierra Chart Order Routing. You are not setup with that service, therefore the web portal will not work for you.

Not through Sierra Chart unless you are using the Sierra Chart Order Routing (as we noted above). You could see if your trading service has a mobile app that you can use to access your accounts and make changes that way.
