Is it possible to set a point to where you can automatically have your stop move to break even after a trade has already been entered? I know you can put it in beforehand with the "2 stops with BE stop" bracket and offset with a certain number of ticks when you initially place the order. But is it possible to if you don't do that before you enter the trade? Thanks

Just select the "Break Even" button. Refer to the following: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> BE (BreakEven button) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Well it seems this button just moves the stop to BE right away. I want to see if I am able to change the "Trigger offset" after the trade is already active. For example, lets say my initial "trigger offset" to go to break even is set to 40 ticks when I entered the trade, I want to be able to change it to 30 ticks after I am already in the trade.

Ahh, sorry, we did not understand that. To do what you are asking for, you would have to remove the existing Stop and then send a new one in place of it. Refer to the following: Order Types: Send Attached Orders - Position/Price For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
