All, I'm working up a Candlestick Chart Study and I cannot turn off the 'Line' button. It will draw new lines, everytime I go to the chart area. Experienced with Excel and Access d/bases for decades and can't figure out how to stop the drawing buttons. Thanks, Regis

Change your active tool under the Tool menu. Change it to "Pointer" for the most minimal interaction between the mouse and graphics. Refer to the following: Chart Drawing Tools: Pointer Depending on your setup, you may also be able to just right-click to change back to pointer. Refer to this setting: Chart Drawing Tools: Right Click Exits Current Drawing Tool To (Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> General >> Tool Options) And also be aware of the following option: Chart Drawing Tools: After Single Tool Use Change To (Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> General >> Tool Options) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank You. Option 1 and 3, will likely work for me. I tried the right mouse, but will look at that setting as well. Cheers, Regis PS: I tried the Search Option beforehand as well as Google. Appreciate the help. |
