Hi, I just subscribed to the S&P indices about 10 mins ago but I still cannot open the intraday chart of $PCSX. Any idea how to solve this? |

That symbol is not an S&P indices symbol. It is not listed here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChart_RealTime_And_Historical_Symbols.php&SymbolsPage=Indices&ID=index-sp#INDEX-SP Tell us what other symbols you need and we will check on them. Open a chart for that symbol and follow the instructions below: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". Where did you get that symbol from? Sierra Chart has no data for that symbol. It is just not available. This is not something we can help with.

Ok we see what the issue is then. We have made one change which might help but if not we cannot do anything further. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". PCSX is definitely being recognized as Put Call Ratio SPX, however there is no actual data for it. getting this message: "Download Failed. Error downloading historical intraday data for $PCSX. Error: user is not authorized to execute query for one or more of the specified symbols" |

Thank you. There are countless other symbols that don’t work either. You should tell them to double check all of their symbols in that data feed.
