Good day,

Just paid the services for use of SC platform, i refunded the AMP balance account. I just received from CQG an e-mail that they reset my password. I am trying to connect the platform so as to start trading and i don't manage it. Could you please assist me? it is messy the instructions , not clear which service to pick up and hw to set up the platform..I updated the symbols as per CQG, still says that >, same as for TPO chart,

Go through the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

Then open your chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

You should be good after that.
