Hi There,

My real time data feed connection has just expired due to insufficient funds. I have now added funds and the recurring services page shows no recently deactivated services but I am not getting any real-time or delayed data. I am only getting historical updates.

I urgently need help resolving this as it is FOMC today.

We see that you have the following exchanges active on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed:
- CBOE Indices
- U.S. Equities

And that you have the following exchanges active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed:
- Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts
- EUREX EOBI
- FairX Exchange (always on)

If you are still having a problem, then we need to know what exchanges/symbols you are having a problem with and the exact issue (are you still only getting historical data or are you getting something else).
