hello SC, for some asian markets i have to change my data feed over to IB, when i load a footprint chart with the different IB data feed, it loads all 0s, there isnt any historical data. just got off the phone with IB which was absolutely painful, no help at all. is there anything i can do on this end? appreciate any help, thanks.

There is nothing we can do in terms of the data from IB. If you are showing zeros, then that means that they are not sending the information we need for the Numbers Bars study. The only thing you can do would be to see if we have the data for the markets you want, and then use our data feed. damn, yeah unfortunately you guys dont offer Japan or Korean futures data, i think my only options are cqg or IB, and from what ive read cqg is also difficult to deal with. IQfeed do offer some but not all. but i think i read you guys might be discontinuing IQfeed support is that correct?

There are no plans to discontinue DTN IQFeed.
