This morning my account (CQG connection via SC) is bringing in historical data, but no real-time data. I've spoken w/ broker and no problem on their end, and no CQG outages. Account has worked flawlessly for quite a few months until today. Please advise, thank you!

I was running SCv2319 so i'm doing an update as we speak to see if that helps. The oddest thing is that I have run this every day for months and months with no problems, and I have not altered any settings. Just stopped working when I launched things this morning.

Note after the SC update the situation remains the same.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog

We will then determine what the problem is.

The following line in your log is the issue:
SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2

You are connected to the data feed from two different computers at the same time. It is best to exist from all other Sierra Charts running on other computers to ensure that you do not run into this issue.

Or, you could pay twice the amount for the exchange fees to allow 2 computers to get data at the same time. Refer to the following:

I have three instances running
1) Connected to this CQG connection (no others are using it or its data)
2) Trading Evaluator connection
3) TT/SC Order routing connection.

Should this conflict or require another purchase/configuration? I didn't think they would/should.

And again to reiterate, nothing has changed about these configurations/usage going into today - it's all worked fine.

Our servers are showing 2 systems running at the same time. The IP Addresses are the following:
- 69.137.123.225
- 138.128.240.206

Whichever system you are NOT running on, start Sierra Chart and then exit. Hopefully it is just a matter of our servers not having logged it properly and doing this will update it correctly.
