Hello I would like to know if the Sierra chart platform is still compatible with Leeloo Rithmic data flow because currently I have a problem there is no feed on my Sierra chart platform |

Hello I use Rithmic. Im not familiar with the LeeLoo thing but Am using Rithmic with Denali and trading. Works ok considering Im very far away from Chicago. Have been using for a month now. Good luck |

You can use Sierra Chart with the Rithmic from LeeLoo. In order to connect your Sierra Chart to Rithmic, follow these instructions: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions The only issue is the general problem of there not being any historical data with the interface that we have with Rithmic. As such, we recommend using the Denali exchange Data Feed instead. The one caveat here being that for the CME Group data, you will need to have a live, funded, futures trading account, and the LeeLoo account does not count towards this. Hello, i have the same account scenario above with another company. Rithmic data w/ company and i have a separate personal live account that is rithmic as well. I have pre paid 6 months for sierra chart on my account. Is it possible to add denali on top of that without having to repay month - month? |

Yes, you can add the Denali Exchange Data Feed to your Sierra Chart and not have to repay for your usage time. But you will have to make monthly payments for the exchange fees, as those are only billed on a per month basis. The Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group data can be found here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* In the process of setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you will need to change your Package. When you do this, we just change the end-date of your Usage Time. To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package.
