Hi This morning I got a strange message which I have attached. I have checked with AMP and there is no issues with my trading account. In DTS settings I have CQG WebAPI selected and have my correct username and password entered. AMP even gave me new password. Why am I getting this message and no live data This was all working fine and I have enough usage days left on my SC account Can you help, happy for you to connect remote if needed |

You are getting that message because your Denali exchange(s) did not renew today due to insufficient funds. To restore the exchange(s) add funds to your account at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit Then go to the Recurring Services page at the following link and scroll to the bottom to see the exchanges that have recently been deactivated.
