Since this is the first day of the month, I connected to my live account (CQG) and then back to the Denali data which I'm currently trading simulated for a tryout. When I switched back I'm not getting real time data anymore. Previous data is still there but nothing new is being plotted. Please assist. I didn't change ANYTHING other than my data connections. I've done this multiple times before with no problem.

Regarding post #1 we need to see your Message Log. Everything looks fine on your account.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Reactivating the exchange worked. But why did this extra step need to be done this time? Is this going to be a reoccurring thing next month as well?

ok that's weird, it says my services dont need renewed for 73 days. didn't think I needed to reload my balance for a while

Your Sierra Chart Service Package does not renew for 73 days, but the exchanges are on a different schedule. The exchanges work on a calendar month basis and renew on the first day of each month (hence today - November 1, 2021).
