We apologize for the delay with this. This needed some time for review and documentation updates. We have added this to the documentation: The body of the Candlestick, from the Open to the Close, is based upon the size of the bricks which is specified in ticks. For example, if the Tick Size for the chart is .25 and the brick size is 4 ticks, then the body/brick will always be 1.0 in length. The body can be cut short if New Bar at Session Start is enabled in Chart >> Chart Settings.
It looks as though some of the bricks might be little longer than the setting, this might have to do with not having tick by tick data: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_TickbyTickDataConfiguration.php Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
