CTS Intraday Historical Data Download Issues

I'm having issues with my charts downloading the recent intraday historical data from CTS. When I start Sierra up in the morning the past few days, it just sits there with the "Downloading Historical Data. Bars may not appear until complete" message, but the data never downloads. Strangely enough, I don't seem to have the issue when I open Sierra later on in evening. I'm having to delete and download all of the data, and even then it's taking a ridiculously long amount of time to load, and not downloading all of the dat. I'm on version 1112.
