Download failed after switching to Rithmic Direct - DTC

Hi, After switching from Rithmic Trading to Rithmic Direct - DTC. I longer can see my GC chart. I get the following error: Download Failed. Error downloading historical intraday data for GCZ1.COMEX. permission denied. GC was working when I was using Rithmic Trading, but after switching to Ritmic Direct it no longer works. What can I do to fix this? Thanks Jerome |

Hi John, I've downloaded the latest version. I am still getting the same error with GC. I also get permission denied when I launch SC for ES and NQ, but the chart for ES and NQ did load correctly. Regards, Jerome |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
