Hi, I'm new. When I try to open Intraday chart on CHN50 CFD the chart is not loaded (The screen remains all black). But if I try to load Intraday chart on NAS100 CFD the chart is loaded properly. So I don't think I'm doing something wrong with the procedure, as otherwise I would have not been able to open NAS100 either. How do you suggest I can load the CHN50 chart, please? |

Basically I realized that for NAS100 the data file is downloaded by sierra chart. For CHN50 the data file is not downloaded. How to fix this, please? |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
